FEES FOR NEW CULTURE COSTA RICA CAMP
The Costa Rica Camp registration fee is on a sliding scale from $295 to $595. This includes tenting, all meals, and all program activities. Any money received above and beyond our basic cost will go towards a scholarship fund for lower income individuals and the improvement of this and future camps. We ask you to pay as high on the scale as you can reasonably afford.
We want to offer the opportunity for as many people as possible to attend. For those in financial need, we can make work trade or scholarship arrangements. Please get in touch with us – if you want to be there, we want you there! Let’s figure out a win-win!

SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN HELPERS
If you are available to spend extra time onsite to assist us with setting up and/or taking down our materials, please indicate your times of availability on the registration form. We’ll get in touch with you about details.
CHILDREN’S PROGRAM
To create a New Culture, we aim to include humans in all their diversity, including our smallest members as well. We offer a cooperative children’s program for the young (and young at heart!). Please contact us right away at costarica@cfnc.us if you and your children are interested in participating.
The camp fees for children are as follows:
Children under 3 — free
ages 3 to 12 – $175 each
ages 13 to 17 – $295 each
These fees include the cooperative children’s program, basic accommodations , and all meals. Children below the age of 3 are welcome at camp but we cannot accommodate them in the children’s program. Teens may attend the age-appropriate adult programs if they choose, or alternative activities will be provided.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Tuesday Feb. 19 will be structured as an arrival day for camp, with light programming and dinner provided that evening. We encourage everyone to arrive onsite after noon and long enough before sundown that you can get properly settled. Camp will officially start on the morning of Feb. 20. Please do not arrive onsite before Feb. 20 unless you have made other arrangements with us.
We’ll close Camp on Feb. 25 in the early afternoon. You are welcome to stay through Feb. 26 for a chill, leisurely departure – there is a small additional charge for the extra night and food. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to stay on for this day.
We understand that local people may need to return home occasionally during Camp to take care of responsibilities. In order to maintain a strong, focused container for deep work, we ask you to minimize your coming and going from Camp. It is particularly important for everyone to be present for the culture-creation activities on Feb. 20 and 21.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A confirmation packet, including contact information, emergency phone numbers, map with directions, and the latest announcements will be emailed to all registrants on or before Feb. 1. We will also provide additional information and costs for shuttles between the airport and camp.
Updates and new information about camp will be posted on our Facebook Event page. https://www.facebook.com/events/2129688253772250/
We’ll see you at camp!
